Equipment Positioning Management
1. Feature introduction
By establishing GNSS RTK and ultra wideband positioning network in the terminal, fusion positioning equipment of satellite, inertial navigation and ultra wideband is used to accurately locate and identify all mechanical equipment in the port, provide equipment scheduling and management support for the TOS, and provide equipment data for digital twins.
2. Technical indicators
(1)The positioning accuracy of vertical transportation equipment for quay cranes and yard cranes is 1cm
(2)The positioning accuracy of internal trucks, stackers, and front cranes can be selected at centimeter or sub meter levels
(3)The positioning accuracy of external trucks and other vehicles in the port area is 1m

(2)The EPS management platform supports 2D and 3D maps and provides multiple location data interfaces

(1)If someone is near a moving container under QC, an alarm will be triggered so as to standardize the operation process under the QC, and prevent personal injury accidents caused by containers or twist-locks
(2)Adopt industrial-grade, suitable for port machinery and seaside environment laser equipment, special brackets and protection devices to ensure the stable operation of the sensor
(3)The system increases the adaptability to the weather and environment (waterproof, dustproof, high and low temperature resistance, antistatic, seismic resistance, anti-electromagnetic interference)
