Anti-Gantry Collision System (AGCS)

1. Feature introduction

AGCS provides reliable anti-collision and electronic fence function for various port machines (QC, YC, etc.) by precisely identifying personnel, vehicles and objects based on laser and vision fusion technology.

（1）Identifying different kinds of vehicles, personnel and recognizing the shape and gesture with a detection accuracy of 99.9%
（2）Max. vehicle/personnel detection distance is over 20m, minimum detection object size is 0.2m* 0.2m* 0.2m
（3）Applicable to all-weather working conditions, and provide reliable data during daytime and at night, in rain and even under weak lighting conditions
（4）Once object is detected, with control of PLC, 99% gantry-stop in 5m away, 99.9% gantry-stop in 3m away, safety assured
