Chassis Position System (CPS)

1. Feature introduction

By using 3D laser or visual detection of the status of trucks and containers, and through artificial intelligence analyzes  on the SmartDONNTM platform,  this CPS provides accurate identification, precise positioning, intelligent guidance, and anti-cab collision functions of trucks. It can be applied to various cranes such as QC, RMG, RTG, etc. to improve their work efficiency and safety.

（1）Container positioning accuracy<30mm, chassis positioning accuracy<80mm
（2）Provide precise detection and positioning functions, with recognition and detection time less than 100ms
（3）Supports multiple working modes, adapt to 20-foot, double 20-foot, 40-foot, and 45-foot containers
（4）Bidirectional working mode can be supported by a single 3D laser

（1）Truck position and container posture detection, Voice+LED guidance to remind the driver of the parking position, and anti truck cab smashing
（2）Detection accuracy<±3cm; Refresh rate is 100ms
（3）Determine the status of empty trucks, 20 ', 40', 45 ', or double 20' containers
