Remote Operation of RTG

1.Feature introduction

Based on integrated positioning and intelligent vision, DONN Technology has launched an integrated remote control automation operating system for port machinery.
The system is equipped with multi-sensor fusion detection means such as machine vision, three-dimensional laser, GNSS RTK, encoder, and edge AI server is installed on the crane.

3.System features

（1）On the SmartDONNTM artificial intelligence platform, accurate target identification and fast status perception, as well as various automatic operation and safety protection functions of the crane are realized. With ECS, YMS, RCMS, KPI platforms, remote control automation of RTG, RMG can be realized. 
（2）Automatic functions including Auto-Gantry Movement (AGM), Auto-Gantry Steering System (AGSS), Position Detection System (PDS), Intelligent Anti-Gantry Collision System (AGCS), Anti-Truck Lifting system (ATL), Chassis Positioning System (CPS), Loading Collision Prevention System (LCPS), Optical Character Recognition (OCR),  Stack Profile Scanning (SPSS), Target Detect System (TDS) and Spreader Detect System (SDS)，Auto Stacking and Landing System (ASLS) etc.
（3）Through ECS and YMS, interface with the TOS of the terminal, the system achieves automated task distribution, equipment scheduling, yard management, and job confirmation. This product supports L2~L5 level automated remote control operation.
